Introducing Hugo Chui :

​Hugo Chui may look like a Korean “oppa”, but I bet you can NEVER imagine he is THE ONE who founded the PERFECT FORMULA for making fermented bean curd (Chinese cheese) --- ‘Fuyu’ in Cantonese, with his master (‘sei fu’) at a tender age of 24. His Fuyu has become a very popular Chinese delicacy in high-end supermarkets and organic stores in Hong Kong and Macau.

In the same year, Hugo also created the one-of-a-kind FUYU PARFAIT (like ice-cream). Well, sounds ‘too interesting’? Wait until you have tried it! It is not just being loved by the Hong Kong people / Asians, but the Westerners as well. They are just amazed how (and how come) “Chinese cheese” can turn into such gourmet dessert! Trust me, your taste buds will thank you!

Just like many Hong Kong young people, Hugo loves playing computer games and ‘spending time’ on his cell phone, but he only ‘plays’ after 6pm as he needs to perfect his craft every day, from researching to innovating.
